Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our website and click on
any items that you wish to buy, then put them into your shopping
cart. After you have finished your
selection, you will be asked for a few details that we need to
be able to complete the order.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and security are as important to us
as they are to you. We promise never to pass your
e-mail or other details onto any other company.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, however if you don't
want to send your card details online, simply select the 'Credit
Card Details Send Separately' option from the payment methods at
the checkout and you can then send your details via phone,
fax, post or e-mail.

Delivery Times
We process your order right away. Most orders are
delivered within 5 - 7 working days in the UK.
Made to order items such as screens / bodywork / headlight covers
can take up to 28 days.
Exhausts are made to order and
take 14 days
All orders come with free fast delivery via Royal Mail Parcel
Force in the UK.
What happens if I'm not in?
A card should be posted through letterbox to advise of a failed
delivery and give a re-delivery
date or a phone number to contact to arrange delivery at your convenience.
We're also happy to accept orders from outside the
UK... please e-mail if you require a postage quote.
Returns
Please contact to obtain a returns note number as this ensures
your returns will be dealt with promptly. Returns will only be
accepted with a complete returns number. All returns must be
accompanied by a description of the fault and invoice/receipt/proof
of purchase. Any items found to be not faulty will be returned
to you.
A fee of 30% will be charged on any made to order item such as
screens/headlight covers/huggers and exhausts that are cancelled
after ordering as your order is placed with the manufacturer as
soon as your order comes in.
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on returned items from
the catalogue and a restocking fee of 30% will be charged on made
to order items such as screens and huggers.
Fast Bike Bits are only responsible for carriage in one direction
of transit. Returns will only be processed when goods are in the
possession of Fast Bike Bits.
Always speak to our Customer Support Department before returning
goods.
Only goods with a valid returns number clearly marked on the outer
packaging will be accepted by us.
Goods must always be returned COMPLETE in original packaging and
in the same condition as sent.
If your product is "not suitable" it must be reported
within 24 hours.
